Hello, My Name is Wade McBride, I play waterpolo for both Agoura High School, and Los Angeles Water Polo Club. I found waterpolo when I was in a bad situation at home and was not happy with myself mentally and physically. Eventually a coach for another local club told me about waterpolo and how it was a amazing sport and tried to recruit me because of my size for a set player. A few years later i got signed up for waterpolo at LAWPC and I instantly became in love with it. And ever since then it’s been my stress reliever and something I enjoy working hard in. I have set many goals for myself all of them have different urgencies for me. Playing waterpolo at a college level is one of my priorities that I intend to make happen. I am a freshman at the moment and of coarse I have a lot of growth that needs to happen both physically and in my knowledge of the sport to be recruited. I surrounded myself with coaches and programs like ODP and people who encourage me and not break me down and I think that is one of the main contributers to my success in the sport thus far.
