My name is Davor Koprivcic. I first started playing water polo my freshman year of high school. I have always been more of a soccer type of guy. I had always played goalie in soccer which I considered that I was good at, but it wasn't until my older brother forced me to play a fall sport that I played and eventually became a water-polo goalie. I think what makes me a great fit for any team is that I have the work ethic to become better than ever. What makes me different from most recruits is that I have been playing for such a short time (3 seasons of High School water polo, 1 season of Summer water polo(2018)). I currently consider myself a diamond in the rough as I always find a way to better my skills and I have what I believe is the ability to play college water polo. I have decided to take 2019-2020 off to focus on rehabilitation due to series of injuries in late 2018 that kept me on the sidelines for a couple months. I have decided to cut back on my weight and focus on my health and weight training. I have successfully cut back 35 pounds and I am at a steady 180 pounds. For any coaches reading this they should look at my profile and realize in the videos available that, it is just a preview of what I did when I was 215 pounds. I am asking for juts one coach to make me their long shot, and I will not disappoint. Thank you.
