The goal for my college years is to be a personal growth period. My direction is to acquire a Business major that will position me well to lead me on a direct path to continue the local family business. I’m realizing how important it is to be close to home as I have other siblings their ages are 20,15, and twins that are 13, in which I help my parents with. My father works a full time job to provide for us as well as my mother and her local small business. I believe with the business major as my goal I will having many opportunities to work with the community and to be of service. I believe I can continue the 35+ year family legacy.
During my high school career, I played Water polo. Starting my freshman year as Frosh/Soph, my sophomore and junior years as varsity up down, and my Senior year as varsity Captain, Goalkeeper. My goal is to continue the sport that has taught me a lot through perseverance, also I’ve learned through many of my coaching staff, diligence, leadership, and sportsmanship. I plan to be a dynamic player and positive influence on the team. As I grow more both physically and mentally throughout my college Water polo career, I will strive to be an asset to the coach, assistant coaches and especially my teammates. Most importantly, I will conduct myself with honor, respect and integrity on and off the playing field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the school I attend.
