My goal is to play college water polo while continuing my education. I am currently preparing myself to major in biology/health sciences. Although I prioritize my education over water polo, I still devote my spare time to practice and enjoy water polo. I strive to be a leader in the pool and out of the pool. I show my commitment to my coaches by attending practices and participating in tournaments and games.
I had attended my first water polo practice on the last day of 7th grade. Before that I had been swimming for a YMCA swim team since 3rd grade. I had originally played for Lancers WPF, but then moved to Admiral WPF. I had started Admiral WPF when I was 14. We had attended Junior Olympics had gotten 3rd place. After playing for Admirals in 2017, I have moved to a new club, Long Beach Shore, for the 2018 season. We attended Junior Olympics in San Jose and placed 4th in the Bronze Division.
I attend Glen A. Wilson High School. I was placed on varsity my freshmen year and was a starter. At the end of the season I was awarded Freshmen of the Year. Sophomore year I was awarded Most Valuable Player and All League 2nd team. Junior year I was awarded with Most Valuable Player, 1st team All League, and the All Academic award.
When I am not studying or practicing, I enjoy hanging out with my high school or club team on my spare time. I spend most of my free time with them going to the beach, eating, and playing other sports such as basketball and football.
