Personal Statement
My name is Pete Buinauskas. In life I strive for greatness in every aspect. I am an extremely hard worker and one who will stay after practice or come in early to learn and perfect what I need to do. I see myself as a major team player. If my team is down I do everything that I can do to lift them back up, no matter the cost it has on me. My athletic and academic lives are strongly intertwined. I highly stress that I am a student athlete so of course school comes first in my eyes. For these reasons I believe wholeheartedly that I would be a perfect fit for any program because I am well rounded in the pool, a leader in and out of the water, a strong academic, and a team first player.
