I’ve been playing water polo since Summer 2016, I was brought to the team for my size at hole. I played a minor role in 2018 on a second place state team my freshman year. In my sophomore season in 2019, I played a somewhat larger role, starting every game and gaining leadership experience in another eventual second place finish in the state. I started every game again my junior year in 2020 before the season was cut short.
In addition for playing water polo for four and a half years, I’ve played the cello for six and a half years. I have developed leadership skills as principal seat in the orchestra for four of the six and a half years. Additionally, I built a sense of self discipline to keep up with practice and work towards improving myself more each year.
