As an athlete from Washington state where water polo isn't that big of a sport, I really try my best to find ways to play water polo as often as I can. Although I haven't played club for much, I feel that I have put in a lot of work into getting better as a player and as a student. Through my 4 years of playing at a High School level, I feel that I have improved a significant amount from when I didn't even know the sport had existed. My goals throughout these years have been to be the best player for my team, the best student for myself and my parents, and to be one of the best goalies in the state. To add on, this most recent year, I was the captain for my team and that added to my goals list to be the best leader for my team. Moving forward into college, I hope that I will be able to continue on my passion for this sport and to become a better player and student for the years to come.
