I joined NCSA in late fall 2014 as a Video Contractor during the height of our busy season. Over the last 5+ years, I’ve enjoyed a transition into a full-time Video Editor position within the company. This position not only allows me to fulfill the basic requirements of the role, namely editing short highlight videos for our families, but also act as the primary editor of many of the Video Department’s Special Project Training materials.
I have a Bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in Communication as well as a Master’s degree from DePaul University in the same field.
In high school, I played Ice Hockey and was even fortunate enough to win a state championship in 2005.
One of the most rewarding parts of my jobs is being able to be a part of a Student Athlete’s journey to recruitment. With the world changing so rapidly this past year, video has recently become more important than ever. To play a part, big or small, in a Student Athlete’s journey to college is an awesome feeling.
