McKinley Rouss '21 Recruiting Profile

I am 13 years old.  I have played softball since I was five years old. I'm basically a great utility player. However, I have been starting short stop on the varsity high school team since I was in the 7th grade.  Playing high school  varsity from a 4A school at such a young age has made me become stronger physically and mentally.  I play travel ball with the Firecrackers currently, playing short stop and outfield. Winning the State Championship with my past travel team Extreme 03 was a highlight for me. We scored total 68 runs and allowed only 9 the entire tournament. I am very committed and understand the hard dedication and time involved in being a good athlete. I am willing to work hard both on and off the field. Having a good character about yourself is important to me, by putting the team first not myself. I believe I can bring teamwork, commitment, strong leadership skills along with hard sacrifice to any team.  I hold myself to high moral standards by respecting parents, teachers and coaches.
