Personal Statement
I first started playing softball the summer after my sixth grade year and instantly fell in love with it. I fell in love with every single aspect of the game. I knew that if my career ended when I graduate that a part of my soul would be lost. This game has shaped every aspect of my life.
I am a quick learner and am open to constructive criticism so I can improve. I am an extremely optimistic person and am able to learn from my mistakes but quickly forget them. As a leader on the field I am able to pick up my team and help them realize their strengths when we need to get our game up. I have a very positive outlook on life and do not let things get me down, even when I may be having an off day.
In school I excel in my classes and love to learn. I have a very good work ethic and put school first. I am an extremely dedicated person in everything I do. I always give my best and strive to always give 110 percent.
