Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since tee ball. Also, I have been playing first base since age 5. My school just recently started a team last year where I am the first baseman and #4 hitter. Our local softball team have won first place for many years, and we have competed in the state tournament. I have a 4.0 GPA, and I also play volleyball, basketball and run track. I am a starter for softball, basketball and volleyball. I am my school's 2014 Female Athlete of the year. Also, I received 16 other awards at this year's banquet which included MVP, most RBI's and the academic athletic awards in softball. Also, I made all conference and MVP in volleyball for the last two years. Last summer I was chosen to participate in the Aspirnaut program at Vanderbilt University. Also, I was chosen by my school to participate in the basketball super challenge in Conway, AR last summer, I love sports and academics. Even though it may be challenging at times, I am disciplined enough to excel in both areas.
