Personal Statement

My name is Aubrey O’Leile. I’m a Junior at Boulder Creek High school. All my life I played softball and wish to continue this through college. Goals I have for myself are to play softball in college, and pursuing a career in medical science with a emphasis in sports medicine. I decided this profession because I want to help and guide future athletes to strive for their own goals. Another personal goal for me is to play softball in college. Softball has been a big impact and importance in my life. This game has made me the person I am today. I learned so many valuable lessons and have had many great experiences. One of the most important things I have learned is that nothing comes easy and you have to work hard to get what you want. Softball also taught me how to take instruction and respect your authority, as well as being a team player. For me to make my goals reality is to continue to increase my knowledge of the game, and to improve my athletic ability. I would not be here if I didn’t have the back up of my teammates and coaches who push me everyday to become the best player I can be.My main goal is to play in college and also to be an inspiration to all other athletes, while pursuing an education in the medical field. I love this game and I will do everything in my power to be the best athlete, teammate, and person I can be.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
