Personal Statement

I am a 5'-8" Softball player from Torrance, California.  I currently play 3rd base as my primary position but I also play 1st base, 2nd base, and left field   

I am currently a Senior  at Mira Costa High School in Manhattan Beach. I made the Varsity team in my freshman year and was voted Defensive player of the year the past two seasons. I am very proud  of this accomplishment and  I look forward to another great season

I am looking for an institution where I can find the right fit between my studies and playing softball.  I am open to attending any type of University at this time, I just want to find the right balance for myself.  I am a positive, trustworthy and focused person when it comes to Academics and Softball.  

I will work hard to help make an impact on any team if given the opportunity to prove myself.
