It has always been a dream of mine to play softball in college. I started playing when I was four years old and have never looked back. I plan on taking my game to the next level, preparing physically and mentally to compete at the college level.
Growing up in a sports loving family, my mom was a ranked junior and played tennis at Cal State Fullerton and my dad is both the girls and boys tennis coach at Great Oak High School, I have played a variety of sports and know what it takes to balance life, academics, and athletics.
I am looking for a college that will match my personality, athletic ability, and academic interests. I earned my first varsity letter competing on the GOHS Tennis Team, have earned Scholar Athlete awards both my freshman and sophomore year, was given the Involvement Awards for being a 2 sport athlete and being a member of both the Habitat for Humanity Club and Worlds' Women Club. I plan on majoring in art, education, or liberal arts and would love to join the Peace Corp after I graduate from college. After traveling the world, I hope to become a artist, teacher and coach.
