Personal Statement

I am currently going to school and playing softball for Herkimer College in New York.  I really wanted to continue developing my softball skills which happens exponentially by playing the game, so I chose to go to a junior college which allow me the opportunity to play my freshmen and sophomore years rather than sitting on the bench.  Herkimer is a college that has been competing in the junior college World Series and I wanted to compete at that level, always pushing myself to work harder and be a leader by example on the team.  Ultimately, I would like to pursue a degree in physical therapy or exercise science while being a part of a competitive softball program.
