Personal Statement
I’ve been playing softball since I was 8 years old and have been passionate about it since the day I stepped on the field. My brother has been my biggest influencer on my journey. Being a baseball player , he would throw with me in the driveway and because he was a pitcher I decided to try it out too.
My favorite element of the sport is the social aspect. I have been blessed with the most amazing team mates who have had my back both on and off the field.
Softball to me has also helped me immensely with my physical being but also my mental being. Softball has been my main way of escaping the hectic reality of high school.
