Personal Statement
I fell in love with the game of softball at the age of five. Ever since then, I have dreamed of playing at the collegiate level. To play college softball would be a dream come true that would allow me to reach my full potential.
As a teammate, I strive to set good examples for others to follow. I also do my best to encourage and help my teammates both on and off the field. I am very quick to pick up on new drills, and I always love to hear constructive criticism. I always give 110% and there won’t be a day that i’m not working to get better.
My academics are just as important as softball is to me. I currently hold a 4.0 GPA in the classroom where I am enrolled in multiple accelerated classes. I am also an active member in many clubs including Y-Club, 4H, FFA, FCCLA, and FCA.
As a student athlete, I want to be challenged both a academically and athletically. I am open to colleges that are willing to provide a competitive environment that I can grow to perform my best in and can prepare me for life after college. I pray that I will get to live out my dream as a college softball player.
