Personal Statement
Hello, I’m Katelyn Womack.
I have played softball since I can remember, it has always been a huge part of my life. Without softball, I would not be the strong, hardworking, competitive person I am today. I put 100 percent into anything I do whether it be practice, workouts, or school. I have wanted to play in college since I was 10 years old, and have worked every day to get to where I am today. If I make a mistake, I learn from it, improve myself, and don’t give up until I fix it. I listen and respect all of my coaches, and try to stay open-minded to all-new tips and techniques.
I have always tried my hardest when it comes to my schooling. I push myself to learn and work in school, taking honor and AP classes. In the future I hope to be a nurse, I really like helping and trying to take care of others. There is always a shortage of healthcare workers, and I know I want to make a positive impact in the world.
