Personal Statement
Ever since a young age I have been goal driven and have told my family and friends that I want to play softball in college. Being the oldest of six children helping comes naturally to me. I dream of pursuing a career where I can inspire and help people and or children better themselves. I am disciplined both on and off the field. My parents have always told me that school comes first. Being successful in school is as important to me as being a successful pitcher. My optimistic attitude has helped me become a natural leader both in the classroom and on the softball field. My teammates have always looked up to me for advice and reassurance. This confidence and optimism makes pitching an exciting task. I live to play softball and find no more satisfying feeling than the adrenaline rush on the mound.
