Hannah Balcom '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Hannah Balcom and I'm from Gardner Illinois. I started playing softball in third grade, including school ball, travel, and recreational. My main position is third base, however I can play any position except catcher. I also play volleyball, basketball, and spirit line at my school. I have been getting private lessons for the past year to improve my batting and pitching skills. I maintain straight A's while playing every sport. I also started working at the age of 14 and have been there for over a year now. I'm a dedicated player to all sports I play and am a team player. With being in every sport, working, and maintaining straight A's I have learned to manage time.  My family has always been by my side supporting everything I do; I believe I am where I'm at today because of their support. I will graduate high school in 2025 and wish to peruse my dreams of becoming a veterinary and continue to play sports while attending college.
