Kailyn Sherburne '13 Recruiting Profile

     I am a 5'-3" junior center fielder with exceptional speed, strong arm, and with above average power at the plate.  I am a 3 year letter winner and 3 year all conference 1st team selection. I was also a 1st team all area selection my junior year.  I was MVP and Outstanding Offensive Player of the year for Fremont High School my Freshman year and my junior year.  I was Outstanding Defensive Player of the year for Fremont High School my Sophomore year.  I have a 3.1/4.0 GPA and strive hard to continue to improve on this.

      I am currently at Lakeland College in Wisconsin, D3. I am looking to become a PA and I was going to play softball here but decided that this school is not for me. I am looking at transferring after the Fall semester. I am looking for an institution that has a competitive softball program and has an exceptional academic reputation.  I am a very competitive person on the field and in the classroom.  I would like to find a program where i could be an immediate impact.  Location is always important but am willing to look at all options that will arise.
