Personal Statement
My goal is to graduate college with a 4 year degree in biology with my eye on med school. While achieving my degree, I plan to pitch softball for a highly competitive program. I am a good candidate because I balance passion for the game with hard work and perseverance. I am different from other recruits because I have heart and good work ethic. You name the place, and I am ready to play. In addition, my pitches have spin, and I control the ball well. When I am facing the best batter's out there, I need to be able to move the ball around. I like to keep them on their toes and to get them out! In school, I demonstrate obedience and extra effort by achieving high marks in all areas of study. Taking challenging courses means extra commitment from me to do my part. Overall, I use my brain, my body, and my heart to be the pitcher and the teammate that coaches need on their team.
