Personal Statement

My goal is to graduate high school in the top 10% of my class with an Academic Honors Diploma, play softball at the highest level, against the best competition, and earn a softball scholarship.  While in college, I hope to continue my education while majoring in Biology.  Additionally, I hope to be an inspiration to my teammates through my hard work and dedication to both academics and athletics.

  • The Showcase is designed for high school players who have an interest in adding to their competitive experience. Participants will be involved in various skill workouts facilitated by the Rollins softball players and coaching staff and then will have the opportunity to showcase their skills during live games scheduled throughout the day. Players and their families will also take a guided tour of the Rollins campus with admissions staff.

In conjunction with CBS Sports we will continue our commitment to expanded television broadcasts from the Aurora Sports Park.

The tournament itself is a 5 game guarantee with Championship play on Sunday.

  • The two-day mini camp will provide each player with the tools necessary to take her game to the next level in a challenging and fun-filled atmosphere. Each participant will have the opportunity to increase her knowledge of the game and develop proper fundamentals on the offensive and defensive side of the ball through competitive drill work. All participants will get to work out in our state-of-the-art hitting facility. Hitters will receive their own individual video analysis of their swing mechanics during our hitting session. Players will also learn valuable mental game tools throughout the camp as well. The CCU Coaching Staff will also hold an informational session geared to teach players and parents the steps they need to take in order to prepare for the next level.
