Hi there! I am a very dedicated softball pitcher. I train for 10 months of the year, taking two months off to give my arm a rest. I average consistently throwing between 62 & 64 mph in a game. This spring I have exceeded my goal of 65 mph. Attached is video of me hitting 66 mph. I still have some winter training time left, I am hoping to increase my speed to 67 or even 68 mph!
