My main goal is to continue to balance school, family and athletics, specifically softball and my dream is to continue that life beyond high school. I have been playing travel and high school softball since I was 10 years old, and during the winter months play high school volleyball and for a traveling volleyball team. I have prided myself in being able to commit to my team mates and my training, while never losing the love of playing the game, family time and academics. The team aspect of the sports I play is of primary importance to me - I play shortstop to back up my pitchers and do everything I can to increase my on base percentage because I feel that is my role. My love of the game, whatever sport it might be and my committment to my team and team mates makes all the hard work I have done in and off season enjoyable and satisfying and I am always exploring new methods and ways to improve my abilities and value to my team.
