My long term goal is to work in the medical field. I am working hard now in academics so it will be an easier transition in college. I believe I am an excellent candidate for a team because I always put the team first and my needs second. I enjoy being a leader and having the responsibility that comes with that title. The high school that I attend is a small town that doesn't have baseball/softball, so everything I have learned has been on my own. I was chosen on my 14U travel team as a captain as the youngest girl there. I was only 12 years old, and it was my first year on that team. I take practice seriously and commit to the journey. Both my parents are retired military and I have had that work ethic and drive instilled in me since birth. I have learned the codes of honor, integrity, loyalty, courage, respect and selfless service which I carry over to the team. I carry over all these traits into the classroom and my GPA is at a 3.7 and have been voted to Class Secretary and FFA Vice President.
