My name is Gracelyn Adcox. Sports are a big part of my life. I'm hoping to travel to a new place to further my education after high school. I began my athletic career playing recreational softball where I grew to love the game. I was so determined to get better that I went from there to an A player in a period of two years. I am a hard worker. I set my mind to do something and I will give 100% until my goals are accomplished. I made the MO-KAN All State Team 2019 for softball and won multiple MVP awards. This year, my new challenge was to try girl's wrestling. Our team pioneered the sport at our school as we were the first team ever from Basehor-Linwood High School. I lettered as a freshman, I was able to wrestle and compete in the 109 lb Varsity category with great success. I was the UKC 109 lb Champion. I am not afraid to put myself out there and try new things. I will always be one of the hardest workers on the team. I like to learn the technical aspects of every sport and what works for me. Through being a multiple sport athlete I have gained leadership skills and become more mature in my game. I hope to study business. I want to own a business or take over my grandpa and fathers tree businesses. Thank you for your time in viewing my profile.
