Personal Statement

My name is Makenna Majors and I'm in the 2024 class at Maize South High School.  I have started taking college credit courses through WSU Tech and Newman University.  Ever since I was a little girl, my dream has been to play softball in college.  I started t-ball when I was six and joined a travel ball team when I was eight.  I also began pitching when I was eight.  I have loved the game ever since.  My coachability, hard work ethic, and respectful attitude make me a great recruit.  I am looking for a school that will not only push me athletically but also academically.  In college,  I would like to be a Nursing major and eventually go into Pediatric Oncology.
