Hello my name is Taylor Raymer and I will be a 2023 graduate.
I am hoping to become a college athlete. As a team player I am very positive and uplifting. I have many goals in my life that I I wish to accomplish. One being to play college softball. I am uplifting and motivating, I know this is vital for success in a team. I never want to see my teamamte struggle, but we all do at times. I like to build my teamamtes up when struggles come.
I have been playing softball since third grade and have been %100 commited to the sport. Softball is not just a sport to me, its a lifestyle. Part of my passion comes from a coach I used to have. He told us that we are priveledged to play, and that there are kids that would love to play but because of a disability they can not. That statement has stuck with me and I try hard to play my best for the ones that are not able to.
I am a freshman and my GPA is currently 3.8 out of 4. Acedemics is very important to me as well. While attending college I plan to obtain my secondary education and Physcial education degree. After college I hope to secure a softball coach position. I desire to give back to students and share my knowledge with them.
God and hard work is an important part in my life. I know everyone says they enjoy hard work but I honestly do. I know for a fact hard work is the only way to acheive your set goals. I have came a long way so far in my softball career and I have a long way to go. I thank God everyday for the oppertunity and the ability to play this sport. I am eager to set new challenges and goals while preparing for my college softball dream!
Thank you for taking the time to read my story!
