Personal Statement
As an aspiring college student-athlete, my goals include striving to be my best in the classroom and on the field. I hope to pursue a career in medicine by majoring in biology during my undergraduate years. Bringing my best to the team through portraying what the past years of softball have taught me is my priority. Among these lessons are determination, perseverance, and leadership. As I grow throughout my career, both mentally and physically, I will strive to begin each day better than the last.
As a team player, I will be flexible and dynamic, adapting to any position that my team needs. I will do whatever is best for my team. I will push myself to make a positive impact on both the batting and defensive lineups. I will strive to be a positive attribute to the team and what it stands for. I will conduct myself with honor and respect by consistently keeping a good attitude and positive mindset. I promise to accurately and positively reflect the softball team, its coaches, and the school I attend, all the while keeping academics as my #1 priority.
