My name is Miah Broussard. I am a Sophomore, soon to be Junior at North Vermilion High School. My team won the Louisiana Class 3A State Championship in 2017 and my goal is to win again during my next two years of high school. I then plan to play college softball while earning a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science while also learning as much as I can about softball to possibly coach in the future. I fell in love with the game at a young age and realized the passion I developed was only getting stronger. The desire to get better an work harder came with every game, especially when I faced stronger teams. I love to compete and I strive for excellence in everything I do. If you were to ask my teammates what they like about me, almost all would say "She's always in a good mood." I do my best to have a positive attitude and keep us motivated. I love how a simple smile can change someones day. I put God first in my life and I love my family unconditionally. I have learned that I will only get out of life what I put into it.
