I have grown up my entire life watching college softball. I have ate, breathed and slept softball ever since the age of 7.
My aspiration is to finally become one of the stars I have grown up my entire life watching, and to hopefully become another young girl's star, and inspire them to fall in love with the game as much as I have. I want to be there for all the people who believed in me and for all the people who doubted me. I am strong willed, confident and assertive. I challenge myself every day to become stronger, faster and smarter every day on and off the field. I reflect myself as a natural leader both in athletics and academics and I constantly strive to be the best I can be and to help others be the best they can be. My coach once told me, "Don't try to be remembered as the greatest player, but as the greatest teammate." I strive to achieve that goal to my classmates and my teammates; to help them and to learn from each other. This helps me learn about myself and everything that I am capable of on and off the diamond. I hope to use these skills in college and for the rest of my life. Most of all I hope that I can make my 7 year old dream come true and show kids around the world that your dreams can become realities if you work hard and stay true to what you love.
