Alexis Osterhaus '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Alexis Osterhaus. I am in the class of 2025, and I am from Texas. I have been playing softball since second grade. I bat left, and I throw right. I play shortstop, center field and utility. I can slap hit or hit for power.  

I am a leader on and off the field. I like to show my team that making mistakes are okay, and that they are part of the game. I believe that you and your team should have trust in each other. Without trust the whole team wouldn't be able to function successfully. One thing about me is that I work well in a positive environment. If my whole team is down in the dugout and no one is saying positive things or cheering, then I will spread positivity and pick them up. 

Outside of softball I enjoy biking, playing soccer, swimming, rollerblading, crafting, and playing outdoor games with friends. My goal is to play college softball and get a good education while playing in a great softball environment!
