Reagan Towers '19 Recruiting Profile

    My name is Reagan Towers and I play softball on varsity at St. Marys Ryken High School, a member of the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC).  I am on track to graduate from St. Marys Ryken (H.S.) in the year 2019. 

    I come from a very big baseball and softball family. I started playing tee-ball when I was four years old. Then, I transferred to softball when I was six years old, and fell in love with the game. Softball to me is not just a game, it's not just a hobby, it's my life. I made a decision, a couple years ago now, to put my full effort and attention into softball. I one day hope to bring my game to the collegiate level. 

     I also take my studies extremely serious. I constantly carry a GPA of 4.0 or higher. I would want to either attend a College or University, where I will not only be pushed on the field but in the classroom as well. I have all options open and hope to find the right College to match me athletically and academically. However, I have yet to select a major or field of study. 

     During my freshman year on varsity, I had the honor of playing with Madison Aughinbagh. Madison nows 

plays for Fordham University. I have asked her to write a short synopsis of how she felt I played:

"Reagan has a drive and fierce mentality that stands out. Her passion for the game drives her to work harder than most do. She is a natural leader on and off the field. When someone has a bad at bat or makes an error on the field she is the first to go over to them and help them pick their head up. She has a firecracker personality that helps lift the spirits of the team. Reagan is a spark, whether it be with a clutch at bat or an awesome diving catch, she is good at keeping the team in the game both mentally and on the field."
