I am an athlete, who thrives to be better after every game. There is no such thing as being perfect, you can always be better. I have been told several times, that I am an extremely coachable player, who take direction and actions well. I am a Senior at Arlington Catholic High School in Massachusetts. I have been playing baseball/softball since the age of 5.
I play for and captain my U18 New England Storm Softball Team. Don't let my tiny build fool you, I bat for power and make adjustments to put the ball in places to score my teammates. I am quick around the bases. Defensively I can play 2nd base and outfield. My ability to react and look for plays after the play, has led my team to many outs. I am also a left-handed pitcher. I can move the ball around and keep batter off balance. My change-up and curve are probably my better pitches. I am not afraid to play for defensive on the mound as well. I may not throw hard, but I throw outs, I eat up innings for my team and create a calmness out in the diamond when play gets quick.
I am a 4-year veteran of the Varsity Program at Planet Fastpitch in Uxbridge, MA. I take instruction from Denise Davis, Brandice Balscmiter. I am entering my last year with them for the pitching and batting program.
I currently work at Ben and Jerry's Scoop Shop in Watertown, MA. I have been there for 6 months, building muscles as I scoop Ice Cream. My ability to handle academics, sports and a job really speaks volumes on how well I multi-task.
I am included my tournament ball/ showcase schedule. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and check out my profile one NCSA and New England Storm Sites.
Sincerely,
Bella Dagostino
