I love clearing the bases! I am a top/middle of the order hitter with a maximum exit velocity of 75.8 mph and a maximum distance of 244 ft. In my freshman year, I had 11 home runs with 53 RBIs in 88 plate appearances. My teammates are my surrogate sisters and I love to cheer them on. I have been playing club softball since sixth grade, and my club team’s competitiveness drives my passion for playing softball. I always want to be better.
In addition to my athletic accomplishments, I am proud of my academic achievements. I scored a 1520 on the SATs and have maintained a weighted GPA of 4.8 while taking the hardest classes my school offers, including several AP classes. I love the personal relationships I have with my teachers, who honored me with the Excellence in Physics and Excellence in Music awards.
Outside of softball, I’ve been classically trained in piano since I was five and I’ve played the violin since I was nine. I perform in the musical’s pit orchestra, orchestra, and chamber ensemble. I’m on the science team and placed 3rd in the Women of Science Competition. I play varsity and club volleyball and I am on the varsity rifle team.
