Making a good team candidate entails being a good player as well as a team player, a player who listens, learns, and knows when to bring the energy to the team. When it comes to a good team candidate, I meet all of these qualities. To me, softball to me isn't a chore or something I have to go to, it's a privilege. Everything about softball intrigues me, including the memories, the competition, the life lessons, and surprisingly, the battle scars too. The main thing that separates me from the next athlete, is my passion for the sport. I could've told, I've hit over 90 home runs, broke numerous records in just one year at my new school, played on 18U club teams since I was 12, but that wouldn't have told you what softball means to me.
Notes: Played with this team for numerous years and brought home multiple wins!
