Personal Statement
I have played softball since I was 4 years old. Early on, I knew that I wanted to go as far as my abilities would take me. The game challenges me to be a better person and strive to do my very best. I feel that competing with others on the field, as well as off, pushes me harder and allows me to reach my full potential. My drive to be successful in life is a tremendous asset to the game. It allows me to compete at the next level. I feel that even though I am a "young" athlete, I still possess great leadership qualities that set me aside from other individuals.
