My goal since my sophomore year was to play college softball because when covid hit it took a year away from me. I want to make up for that year I didn't get to play. I've personally fallen in love with the sport and my true talents show in it. I don't ever get bored watching softball games or playing in them, I'm alive with every pitch that goes on. I'm a good candidate for any future team because I'm a team player and get along with everyone great even if I don't know them. I'm a hard worker you'll always watch my going to softball lessons or taking cuts on my own so I can get better. There is no other kid out there putting in the work that I do. I wake up and go to the gym before school, workout with my team, and then go to practice every day. Most kids would get tired and give up. I'm different from other recruits in character because I always try to make others laugh and check in on my teammates to make sure everything is going well in their personal life. If they are having a bad day I try to cheer them up and get them ready for the game. Ever since I was a kid I wasn't born with natural intelligence, I've had to study hard to get the grades I have now. Used to I was failing all my classes and didn't care about sports. Now I'm currently a senior that takes grades seriously and you can see by my transcripts that I do. You'll never see me lacking. Between games last season if I was having a hitting slump I would take cuts in the cage to work on my form and be ready for the next time I was up to bat.
