Karli Conard '16 Recruiting Profile

I am a very dedicated and hard worker. This applies to both sports and acedemics. I always put in my best effort when it comes to my school work. Good grades mean a lot to me. I would like to attend a good college and get a degree. I want to be able to get a good job when I get out of college. I am also very dedicated to softball. I work hard during every game and every practice. Softball is my passion. It is what I love to do in my free time and it means a lot to me. I love the game so much that I also coach my little brother's baseball team in the spring and summer when I am not playing. I used to not be very good at softball, but I still loved it. I wanted to become better and be the best I can be. One day someone said to me "everyday, in every way, get better." I took this to heart. When I was tired or down about how I played, I would think of this quote. It pushed me and motivated me to become the softball player I am today. It made me stronger, and faster, and made me never want to give up. It made me the me that I always wanted to be. A true softball player, physically and mentally.
