2022 SpotlightPersonal Statement
I started softball at the age of 5 and fell in love with the game. I began catching at the age of 10 and knew this was were I loved to play, but will play where my team needs me. I'm a hard worker and try to be my best at any position I am put at. I've been told by all of my coaches that I am very coachable even though it might take me a few tries to get out of a habit I've learned I do try my best to take in what I'm being asked to do or change. I am very much a team player and try my hardest to bring the team up when they are down. My goal is to play softball at the college level as a catcher and would love to play softball in the Olympics.

- C35 out of Pinehurst North Carolina. Played as catcher and 3rd base. Batted 3rd to 4th batter in the line up.

- Moved from GA to NC and joined for the fall season. Played as catcher and utility player. Batted 3 to 4 position in line up. Organization sold and did not continue the program for the next season.

- Played catcher for the fall of 2019 and spring of 2020. Batted 3 to 4 position in the line up.
- 2019 T-birds (12u)
- Was a new travel team that only lasted one season, coach and owner pulled out after spring season. Grace played as catcher and batted 3-4 in line up.

- I was recruited as a 10 year old fixing to turn 11 in September for their fall season. I was the backup catcher and utility player. I batted 9-10th in the line up. The team was moving up to 14 u in the spring and was decided not to move up with the team

- Began catching and batting lessons at the age of 10 with Katie Thrasher was a college catcher and pitcher, now trainer in Georgia 2017 until July 2020. Casey Keller in NC, was a college catcher for catching lessons 2020 to 2021. Bernie Carbo (professional baseball player from 1969 to 1980) for hitting lessons 2021. Currently training with Matt Cologna in Missouri for batting, catching and pitching lessons.
