Junior Season Personal Statement
I have a quick learning ability. From the beginning, I’ve loved challenging myself. As a freshman I was thrown into varsity as the starting pitcher and batted 4th, it was a lot of pressure for my young self, but I loved it.
Coming into school, I decided to dedicate my time to playing sports. I didn’t want to be a single sport athlete so I joined the volleyball team as well. I am now a varsity starter in both sports and have competed in 2 state championships for volleyball. I work year round to stay at the top of my game and continue to grow. I have been a member of BETA and FBLA since freshman year.
Outside of school, I enjoy participating in community events and working towards my future as a veterinarian.
