Softball has always been a passion of mine. I played recreational softball for 4 years. I had an opportunity to play high school softball, however, at the time I was more concerned about my academics and whether I was going to graduate or not. I understand that I lost the opportunity to play, but I felt as though my decision was the right one for me considering the position I was in. Achieving my high school diploma was my only priority. I was so eager to graduate so I could move onto college. I felt like it was where I was supposed to be. To attend a university is a great privilege and I'd be honored upon acceptance. I'm a very good athlete, but I strongly believe that one should always push themselves further to become greater at what they do. I believe I can achieve anything in life within my capacity along with the help, support and foundation of players who are driven by the same purpose as I am. Success. If I can get my foot in the door, I'd be a great asset to the team. I can be the muscle and the brain. I'm willing to do whatever it takes for this opportunity. I will play through any injury.
