Personal Statement
My name is Gillian Ale and I am a 16 year old Junior from Pittsgrove, NJ. My goal is to be recruited to play either Division I or Division II college softball on scholarship. Currently, I play for the Lady Seahawks 16u out of Egg Harbor Township and start at either first base or catcher. I am smart, driven, determined, and extremely hard working. I take great pride in being a leader both on and off the field. Knowing that you are not going to win every game but still giving it your all is always important and something I follow. While softball is a huge part of my life, I always make sure that academics come first. I am always working to improve and better my academics, which can be expressed in my GPA, that is currently between a 3.50 and a 4.0 .
