I believe I would be a great asset to your team as I am a very diverse player who comes willing to play any position that I am offered. I always participate in off season programs, practice and in games to my best ability. Team for me always comes first and as a sophomore I was team captain for our JV team for the first 6 games until, I became the starting catcher on the school's varsity team. I am always encouraging my teammates and try to set a positive tone and example with my effort and attitude. This along with my sportsmanship during games resulted in the coaches giving me the Team sportsmanship award for my junior year. My willingness to apply myself and my utmost determination to improve my softball ability,as well as my excellent academic record will help me achieve my goal of being part of your team for the next four years.
