I am in my junior year and have been on my high school's varsity sports teams since the 7th grade. I am a very dedicated athlete and have attained many achievements including All State honors for tennis as an 8th grader. Although I continue to play tennis competitively; my passion is softball. As a fourth year varsity player and junior on the team, I am a leader by bringing my knowledge of the game and skills to the field. This season, I was named in the Top 100 Softball players on Long Island. I was selected to the Nassau County "All County" team for a 3rd straight year and was also named a Scholar Athlete again. I was also selected as the team's MVP for a 2nd consecutive year. I play and train for softball year round and have dedicated my time to pursuing my dream of playing at the college level. Academics play a very important role in my life and I am always challenging myself by continuing to take an advanced and AP curriculum. I am committed to achieving the high academic and athletic goals I have set for myself and will continue to learn all I can from my teachers, coaches and trainers so that I will be prepared for the next level of my student-athlete endeavors.
