Personal Statement
I have great aspirations to play softball at the highest collegiate level, my dream is to play at a D-1 level. I am a straight A student who loves to learn and is on National Honor Society. I have been playing softball since I was eight years old, and throughout the years softball has taught me many things in life. I learned that hard work and dedication brings great success, not only for the skills we learn but how to grow as a person. I am a very competitive athlete by nature who loves to play the game of softball . I also have played many years of competitive volleyball . I do not settle for mediocracy always pushing myself to be better and encouraging my teammates everyday . I have learned how to be a leader on and off the field and court. I have learned to manage homework before sports. I love my teammates because we are all sisters, and I love cheering for them . I always want them to know I am there for them no matter what and I have their backs. I always give a 100 percent whether it is at a game , practice, pitching, batting or workouts getting ready for our season . I train all year with a weight trainer and pitching coach along with attending softball, volleyball clinics to improve my skills and knowledge of the game. I am extremely coachable . I am hoping to get a degree in Architecture with a minor in Interior Design. I will proudly represent my school, my coaches, and teammates with great respect, honor and true dedication .
