My name is Julia and I am a multi sport athlete. I’ve been playing softball since 13 even though my first season got cut short due to COVID. Despite this, I’ve been ranked number 1 in a list of 5 Featured Athletes for Top in Growth Mindset by the Ryzer Nation with a score of 99. I also raised my BA from a .429 to a .625. I’m a good fit for any collegiate team because while a lot of people are discouraged by difficulty and hardship, it drives me. Every missed catch, every missed swing, every off throw is a chance to improve and become something great. My drive was especially evident in the 2021-2022 season with my improved stats. But not only that, I sprained my foot mid-game and not realizing it was a sprain, I continued to not only steal home but slide . I excel wherever I put my effort, becoming student government president in my sophomore year, completing two certificate programs (one for quantum coding and another for UX Design) , and maintaining a internship at the Brooklyn Museum.
