Personal Statement
I was five or six years old when I started playing softball, it was mainly due to the fact that my older sister Currin played. I wanted to be like her so much that I though I would play softball to be like my big sister, and I'm so glad I made that decision. Softball became my therapy and it allowed me to grow into a leader not only on the field but in the classroom as well, teaching me how to communicate with others and how to go 110% at anything I do. That's why my goal is to play in college because I can't imagine doing anything else.
