Ashlin Pruitt '12 Recruiting Profile

hello, my name is Ashlin Pruitt. i attend Haileyville Public School. I'm a senior this year, and im really involved in sports. i have been since i was 5. Softball is not just a game its a passion. i love it. unfortuantly we had are coach leave us in summer 2010. and havent had but fill ins since. are school is looking for coaches. hopefully we get lucky and get the oppertunity to get one soon. im a very dedicated athlete. i would so much. love to play college softball, its been a dream. i have leadership,im always doing what im told. im a great leader and always getting the team up and cheering for the the players. i believe even if u dont get to play as much as others. you should cheer them on as if you were playing. every player is important. always take pride in what you do, never say never. always believe in yourself and others. My freshman year was a rough start for me. living on my own, while my parents were away. really took a tole on my schooling and i learned laziness wasnt a option. the end of my freshman year my parents returned and my grades were picking up. since then ive made average greades C-A, but i have a goal for this senior year to be a honors student. i recieved a letter in the mail the summer of my sophmore year. that i was watch at the pitt 8 tourn. and was invited to try out for the heartland classic. i tried out in may and made it. i tried out the postion as a catcher. and my coachs name was chris ray. he said i have great oppertunity to go far. haileyville high school is a small school. but we have a lot of oppertunitys for some teens.i just hope i can spend my senior year with a winning season and go on big!
